Full details about the latest updates to exam MB-700

Great to see Microsoft actually watching this space!

Just in time for our Live Online Course starting March 17, Microsoft announced updates to Exam MB-700: Microsoft Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect – effective from March 17th!

Not much of a change, if you study the Comparison table below or the full Skills measured; apart from a small group name change and things being moved around, I just noted significant changes in

  • 1.3 Define compliance requirements: Deemphasized in the new exam. No specific objective
  • 1.4 Define security requirements: Security topics expanded in the new study guide
  • 3.3 Define a testing strategy: Testing topics expanded in this study guide

The name change? Vanity, I guess: From “1.0 Identify solution requirements” to “1.0 Architect solution”.
