Big Changes To Microsoft Official Courseware Access

In 2022, Microsoft announced changes to how partners will be able to access and provide Microsoft Official Courseware (MOC) to students.

From July 01, 2023, Microsoft Learn will be the exclusive source of Microsoft training materials for students.

Students can access registered MOCs until the end of June 2023.

But on July 1st, 2023, all Microsoft titles will have gone from Skillpipe!

Please note the following regarding Microsoft Official Courseware…

Access to all Microsoft Official Courseware via Skillpipe will expire on July 1, 2023.  Now and beyond July 1st, all active Microsoft course materials are exclusively available on Microsoft Learn*.

*Reminders about how and when Microsoft content is available on Microsoft Learn will also be indicated as a red badge on the courseware covers in Skillpipe, and a corresponding link to the MS Learn site will be available below the courses on Skillpipe.

September 5, 2022:

From October 1, 2023, onward, all Microsoft Official Curriculum (MOC) courses will be available exclusively on MS Learn.

Please note the following dates and changes:

September 30, 2022:

  • Last day to acquire Skillpipe licenses for MOC courses on Courseware Marketplace.
  • Students can redeem purchased licenses in Skillpipe for up to 90 days.

October 1, 2022:

  • MOC courses can no longer be added to the shopping cart.

December 31, 2022:

  • Last day to redeem MOC licenses in Skillpipe.

June 30, 2023

  • Last day MOC content will be accessible on Skillpipe.
