The course is delivered virtually via Zoom. Please test your Zoom connectivity before the first class date using this link.
You do not need a Zoom account to join meetings as a participant. However, a Zoom account allows you to create and host your own meetings, invite others to join your meetings, and update personal settings to get the most out of your Zoom virtual meeting experience.

You will be asked to sign in (we have already created your account). Use your business email and the temporary password as mailed to you.

At your first sign-in, you may be required to update some information, complete a Get Ready/Software Check, and change your password, among other tasks.
You will find your event information, including the access link to your environment, under the Tab Activities.

Availability of content
Courseware (MOC) on LEARN: Forever – according to the service provider (Microsoft).
Presentations: 30 days from the course end date.
Extra materials (including recordings): 30 days from the course end date.
Training environment (VM): According to current information from our service provider Skillable, 180 days (“save period” 7 days). Note that Microsoft unfortunately changes the actual availability to the D365FO environment without notice. This is beyond our service provider's control.
