As AXcademy’s Delivery Manager, I take care of – deliveries (in some companies called Customer Happiness).
I am the main point of contact regarding deliveries for our customers as well as our resources/trainers.
On the customer side, I am responsible for confirming agreements and making sure that customer delivery expectations are clarified and met.
On the resource side, I strive to allow our trainers to focus on the very delivery – by taking care of travel, visa and any other sort of practical issues that could distract the trainers from delivering less quality.
